The Registration steps are easy. Just follow the below steps.
Complete our team application. Fees will be determined at a later date. All information is sent to the coaching staff.
Register for a US Lacrosse number. There is a fee of $35 to register.
Read, complete, and sign player Code Of Conduct and Release Forms.
Read, complete, and sign all Medical Release and Concussion Statement Forms.
